On behalf of the EJT consortium, we are pleased to inform you that European Journal of Taxonomy has been selected for coverage in Thomson Reuter’s products and services.

Beginning with the first article published, No 1 (2011), information on the contents of this publication will be indexed in: Science Citation Index Expanded; Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition; and Current Contents/Agriculture, Biology, and Environmental Science.This coverage is in addition to existing inclusion in Zoological Record.

Behind this selection there is a great effort and a continued support to the journal that has been given by all EJT authors and referees and which has made this success possible.

EJT is an Open Access journal for descriptive taxonomy of living and fossil eukaryotes. This intiative that was born under the umbrella of CETAF is supported by a Consortium formed by three Belgian institutions, the Royal Museum for Central Africa, the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, and the Botanical Garden Meise; the National Museum of Natural History of Paris, France; the Natural History Museum of London, in UK; and the Natural History Museum of Denmark, in Copenhagen.
