CETAF
consists of member institutions (museums and botanical gardens).
The Steering Committee of CETAF consists of the Chair and no more than
eight members elected for a period of three years.
General Meetings with representatives of each member institution are
held twice a year. Current business between the General Meetings
are run by the Chair and the Steering Committee assisted by the Secretariat.
